Affordable housing in development for the first time
A 516-unit affordable housing development is in progress at Spring Hill Station. The project is the first deal of its kind for Tysons. This project will provide crucial housing for low- to moderate-income families.
The development consists of two mixed-use buildings with residential units guaranteed to remain affordable for the next 99 years.
In addition, the project has a publicly accessible community center featuring basketball courts and fitness facilities that are free and open to the public.
